A train (wreck) of thought.
So a few hours ago I decided that it might be a nice idea to pick up a cheap Pocket PC PDA to use as a eBook reader. I’ve got several text and PDF files littered around my computer and I thought if I could pick up something cheap enough it might be a nice way to untether myself from the desktop.
So I did a little research online for general pricing and then decided to run out to Best Buy to pick one up locally since I just spent most of a beautiful day working on my cathode ray tan, and I was loath to do the same thing tomorrow.
So one my way back I began to run my list of things to do through my head… which reminded me that I need to start implementing the GTD process. That thought lead me to thinking, about putting together a Hipster PDA so I had a place to write down the things that popped in my head.
I then realized that I was coming back from buying (but didn’t) an electronic PDA that I could use as a book, and printing off paper that I can use as a PDA.
I think my “Mind Like Water” is more like a community swimming pool on a hot summer day.
