Firefly DVD series
Having just finished watching Deadwood before posting about a plasma thruster just reminded me that I should do my part to tell everyone to rent or buy the Firefly series out now on DVD. The series looked absurd to me right from the start, which explains my getting to the party so late, and boy am I sorry I did.
I’m really surprised that Fox was so quick to kill this series, it’s really one of the better written show (the other being Arrested Development) I’ve ever seen on television. Hopefully the Serenity movie based on the series will make enough to at least make funding for a series of films a possibility.
