I wish I could take credit. I found it online last night, saved it to my desktop and couldn’t figure out where I got it in the morning. I figured since the source was public, there wouldn’t be any harm in reposting it. I’m a little fuzzy on the exact details of how copyright would apply under a situation like this.
I’m sure it will be all over video.google.com by the end of the week anyway. Of course that’s like the old “I found it on usenet so it’s public domain” argument.

…and I have to point out to whoever the creator was, the shot of Laura Bush grinning with pride after G.W. says the “American flag stands for… yadda yadda yadda… rape!” nearly brought a tear to my eye, brilliant!
