You can’t read a laptop in the tub

PSFK points out that HarperCollins is experimenting with giving away the entire text of this book on the authors website. It seems to me the publishing industry is more willing than any other “classic” media to experiment with ways to redefine who they are. This despite the fact that printed media actually has a competitive advantage over digital media.

    Or… you can try.

I should keep my mouth shut about my wife… the laptop… and the cat and their adventure in the bathtub recently…

Yep, and I’ll do the same about a similar “near miss” that didn’t happen if I know what’s good for me.
